Jeremy Geelan of the MX Developers Journal wrote an article the Journal, in which he reached out to the community of developers and designers whose daily work is real-world design and programming.
He interveiwed several Developers and Designers, including Jesse Warden (sometimes known as JesterXL), Tom Muck, Dennis Baldwin, Darron Schall, Alexandru Costin, Simon Horwith and myself among many others. Its an interesting read to see so many different views on where Macromedia has come from and where we each expect to see it go.
